The Commercial Court of the Lviv Region opened proceedings on two lawsuits filed by the Sambir District Prosecutor’s Office against the business entity. Prosecutors demand to terminate land lease agreements and to collect lease payments in the amount of over 1.3 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n
We are talking about agricultural land with an area of almost 1,400 hectares. They are located within the boundaries of the Boryn territorial community of the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors established that the company leased land for commercial agricultural production during martial law.<\/p>\n
However, the defendant, in violation of the terms of the contract, systematically did not pay rent for the use of land plots.<\/p>\n
Therefore, this became the basis for prosecutors to file appropriate lawsuits with the court.<\/p>\n
The trial is ongoing.<\/p>\n
