The court upheld the claim of the Sambir District Prosecutor’s Office for the return to the local budget of funds paid as a result of the illegal dismissal of an employee.<\/h2>\n

It was established that by order of the head of one of the institutions of general secondary education of the Sambir Territorial Community, the teacher was dismissed. However, the court’s decision satisfied the above-mentioned employee’s claim for reinstatement and payment of funds for the period of forced absenteeism. As a result, the illegally dismissed employee was reimbursed from the local budget in the amount of UAH 340,000.<\/p>\n

Therefore, the prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with a claim in the order of recourse. According to the latter, the exhibitor who allowed the illegal dismissal of the employee is obliged to pay the damage caused due to his fault.<\/p>\n

The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claim in full.<\/p>\n
