In the city of Pustomyty, the works of the 1st phase of the reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities with a capacity of 1350 m3\/day are being completed.<\/p>\n
The total estimated cost of the project “Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in the city of Pustomyty, Lviv region. Adjustment” amounts to UAH 51.8 million. The implementation of construction is planned in two phases, the cost of the first phase is UAH 38.8 million and the second phase is UAH 13.0 million.<\/p>\n
The implementation of the project began in 2019, this year the works were carried out at the expense of the regional environmental protection fund – UAH 8.9 million and the local budget – UAH 7.0 million. The following works were carried out with these funds:<\/p>\n
📌 installation of viewing bridges near denitrifiers of the 1st and 2nd stages;
\n📌 insulation of the facade, pouring screeds, window slopes in the technological building with a transformer substation;
\n📌 anti-corrosion protection of metal structures in the technical room;
\n📌 laying tiles inside and outside the technological building with a transformer substation;
\n📌 beautification of the territory (arrangement of a platform for collecting sludge waste; paving of the territory);
\n📌 installation of internal water supply and sewage networks in the technological building with a transformer substation;
\n📌 blowers and other necessary technological equipment have been installed.<\/p>\n
Oksana Viytyk Acting Director of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Lviv Regional State Administration notes: “Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in the city of Pustomyty will ensure the protection of water resources from pollution by untreated sewage from the Stavchanka River of the Dniester Basin, thanks to the project decision, a complete reconstruction of the sewage treatment facilities for the treatment of household wastewater from implementation of modern energy-saving technologies of full biological treatment with a total capacity of 2,700 m3 per day, two stages – each of 1,350 m3 per day and a compact arrangement of treatment equipment, which allows to reduce the length of communications, the number of equipment, pumps and auxiliary equipment.”<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
