Every day, patrol officers control the speed regime using the TruCam device. In 11 months of 2023, the police issued 57,759 administrative materials against offenders.<\/p>\n
Appropriate road signs warn of the places where the police are conducting control. Fixing is carried out in accident-prone areas and places where the greatest number of traffic accidents with serious consequences occur.<\/p>\n

\n📌according to Part 1 Art. 122 (Exceeding the set speed limits by more than 20 km\/h) of the Criminal Procedure Code. Fine – 340 hryvnias;
\n📌 according to Part 4 of Art. 122 (Exceeding the set speed limits by more than 50 km\/h) of the Criminal Procedure Code. The fine is 1,700 hryvnias.<\/p>\n
