According to Oleg Zabaryl, director of the department of urban mobility and street infrastructure of the LMR, at this meeting drivers were told how to properly interact with passengers with reduced mobility and how they should help them use public transport. They also talked about the peculiarities of communicating with beneficiaries, military personnel, and students.<\/p>\n
Lviv native Ihor Dyakovych, who has a disability, was invited to the meeting. He told what difficulties people with disabilities face when using public transport, how to properly communicate with people with reduced mobility, so that conflicts do not arise.<\/p>\n
“Training for drivers takes place on an ongoing basis. We work together so that our drivers improve, are as correct as possible with all passengers and that there are fewer and fewer complaints about their work,” Oleg Zabarylo stressed.<\/p>\n
