The land in question is energy land with a total area of more than 26 hectares, located within the Novoyavoriv territorial community of Yavoriv district.<\/p>\n
It was established that the company that leased the land did not pay rent for a year. In addition, according to the terms of the agreement, the defendant was supposed to build energy generating facilities on the land plot used. However, he did not even start construction.<\/p>\n
Thus, these violations gave rise to a lawsuit filed by the Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office, which the court granted in full.<\/p>\n
At present, the court decision has been actually enforced – the State Register of Real Property Rights has been updated with information on the termination of the lease of the above land plot.<\/p>\n
