Thus, as of January 1, the Procedure for Submission and Publication of the Annual Report of the Business Entity on Compliance with the Permit Conditions in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 58 dated January 20, 2023 is already in force.<\/p>\n
Therefore, companies must submit the report to the authority that issued the permit. This body will post the information received on the Unified Environmental Platform EcoSystem.<\/p>\n
The report is submitted to the permitting authority that issued the emission permit to the business entity. It shall be submitted in electronic or paper form, according to the Annex.<\/p>\n
If the report is submitted electronically in PDF format, no paper version of the report is created. If the report is in paper form, an electronic copy in PDF format is attached to it.<\/p>\n
A paper report is submitted in the following cases:<\/p>\n
no electronic version of the emission permit on the basis of which the report is generated by the software tools of the EcoSystem platform;
\nit is impossible to use the EcoSystem platform due to technical reasons.<\/p>\n
“Reporting is an important tool for providing information to public authorities, public associations and citizens, representatives of interested organizations and institutions. The report in electronic form and the report in paper form are original documents that have the same legal force,” said Oksana Viytyk, Acting Director of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Lviv Regional State Administration.<\/p>\n
