The 29-year-old resident of Lviv was exposed by district police officers jointly with investigators of the Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1. The offender’s involvement in nine thefts from various shops located on Chornovil Avenue and Petra Pancha Street in Lviv was established.<\/p>\n
Investigators of the territorial police unit, under the procedural supervision of the Galician District Prosecutor’s Office, opened criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and also chose a measure of restraint against him. The maximum sentence provided for by the article is up to eight years in prison.<\/p>\n
