What is required for this?<\/p>\n
Have the status of a person with a disability as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian war and be registered in the territory of the Chervonohrad city territorial community.<\/p>\n
How much does it cost?
\nGroup I – 25 thousand UAH
\nGroup II – 15 thousand UAH
\nGroup III – 10 thousand UAH
\nHow often?<\/p>\n
Once during the year (subject to confirmation of the use of funds).<\/p>\n
What documents are required?<\/p>\n
Application, a copy of the war disability certificate, a copy of the document confirming direct participation in the war, a copy of the individual rehabilitation program, a copy of the passport and
\nidentification number, details of a personal bank account.<\/p>\n
Where to apply?<\/p>\n
Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (Chervonohrad, Sokalska St., 1, 4th floor, room 404).<\/p>\n
Rehabilitation can be different (medical, psychological, gym, hippotherapy). The assistance can be used for rehabilitation measures together with your spouse. In order to use the measure in subsequent years, you must provide proof that 75% of the amount was spent on rehabilitation.<\/p>\n
In 2023, 32 people with war-related disabilities used this assistance, and since the beginning of 2024, 10 people have applied for it.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
