As law enforcement officers have preliminarily established, a Dacia Duster driven by a 38-year-old Kyiv resident collided with a Ford Focus driven by a 30-year-old resident of Stryi.<\/p>\n
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Dacia Duster was injured and hospitalized in intensive care.<\/p>\n
Investigators of the Stryi District Police Department opened criminal proceedings over the incident under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided for by the sanction of the article is restraint of liberty for up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.<\/p>\n
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.<\/p>\n
