Both younger and older residents of the town, both women and men, join in the weaving of the nets. Back in May, a group for weaving nets for Ukrainian soldiers was founded here. Since then, 140 camouflage nets have been woven here and sent to the front by volunteers.<\/p>\n
Last year in May, a camouflage netting center was set up in the modular town on Sykhiv. Since then, the modular building has served as a workshop where willing residents come every day. They work for several hours and in two shifts.<\/p>\n
“The materials for the nets are purchased at the expense of the Congregation of Salesian Fathers of St. John Bosco of the UGCC, and the residents of the town and everyone who is willing and able to join the meetings. It is important for each of us to join in helping our military, because when we all help together, we will be one step closer to victory,” says one of the administrators of the modular town in Sykhiv, Fr.<\/p>\n
By the way, the modular town on Sykhiv is home to internally displaced people from the occupied territories of Ukraine. The town has 8 two-story houses adapted for living. There are residential units, bathrooms and dining rooms, and all the showers and toilets on the ground floors have been adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities. They also set up 10 children’s rooms and a cinema, and introduced free English classes and a kindergarten.
