The Sambir district prosecutor’s office ensured the real implementation of the court decision – about 5 million hryvnias were collected from the contracting organization.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors proved in court that the construction company violated the terms of the contract for the reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in the city of Turka.<\/p>\n
It was established that the company overestimated the cost and volume of the works performed, in particular, some of them were not performed at all.<\/p>\n
In this way, the company illegally appropriated funds from the state budget.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the persistent position of the prosecutor’s office and the measures taken, the above-mentioned damage was charged to the state budget in full.<\/p>\n
