Garage cooperative “Conveyor” will pay the city more than half a million hryvnias of the owed rent for the land.<\/h2>\n

Lawyers of the Department of Urban Planning have once again won the court. The funds will go to the city budget.<\/p>\n

According to the urban planning department of the Lviv City Council, we are talking about land plots with an area of 3.1 hectares and 1.2 hectares on the street. Shevchenko, 367 in Lviv. The garage cooperative has been using them for quite some time. Garages are located here, the ownership of which is registered to individuals on the basis of certificates issued by the cooperative.<\/p>\n

“From 2021 to 2023, the Conveyor garage cooperative used communal land, but did not pay rent – only land tax. As arguments – they say, there are no legal grounds for payment, because by the decision of the LMR of People’s Deputies No. 794 dated 12.06.1997, the plot was given to him for permanent land use. And therefore, he considers himself a regular user.<\/p>\n

However, the cooperative “forgot” that the plot was given for permanent land use only for 10 years, which have already passed. And, of course, the defendant’s permanent land use is not registered,” the urban planning department noted.<\/p>\n

The lawyers of the Department of Urban Planning resolved the situation with the “Conveyer” cooperative in court. According to the judge’s decision, the garage cooperative must pay half a million hryvnias to the budget of Lviv.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
