The Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual enforcement of the court decision regarding the ownerless real estate – it was transferred to the communal property of the local community.<\/p>\n
The property in question is a non-residential building with a total area of almost 75 square meters and an estimated value of UAH 2.2 million. The latter is located on the territory of the Zolochiv united territorial community.<\/p>\n
It was established that more than a year had passed since the city council registered the ownerless real estate, and no one had claimed the right to it during the specified period. Therefore, such property is subject to transfer to the communal ownership of the territorial community.<\/p>\n
This was the reason for the prosecutors to represent the interests of the community in court, and their claims were satisfied.<\/p>\n
At present, the court decision has been enforced – the non-residential premises have been returned to the municipal ownership of the city council, and the relevant entries have been made in the State Register of Real Property Rights.<\/p>\n
