The court sentenced him to 6 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.<\/p>\n
The prosecutors proved in court that the accused organized the sale of particularly dangerous psychotropic substances in Lviv.<\/p>\n
The man sold PVP to local residents. Clients received the goods at the meeting, directly at the person’s home.<\/p>\n
Law enforcement officers detained the accused in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine after the sale of another “dose” of psychotropic drugs.<\/p>\n
During searches of the person’s residence, prohibited substances prepared for sale were discovered and seized. In addition, the man illegally purchased and kept methadone for his own use.<\/p>\n
The man is currently in custody.<\/p>\n
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by investigators of the Lviv District Police Department No. 2 of the Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv Region.<\/p>\n
The court verdict becomes legally binding after the expiry of the appeal period.<\/p>\n
