The Department of Finance of the Lviv Regional State Administration reported on budget revenues in the first quarter of 2024.<\/h2>\n

According to Oleh Demkiv, Head of the Finance Department of the Lviv Regional State Administration, in the first quarter of this year, the general fund of the Lviv region’s budget received UAH 7.5 billion in taxes. The planned targets were exceeded by UAH 727 million or 11 percent. The overperformance of the regional budget is UAH 96 million or 8 percent.<\/p>\n

The annual budget targets for the region as of April 1 were fulfilled by 26 percent.<\/p>\n

“Compared to the corresponding period of 2023, revenues in the region increased by UAH 1.5 billion or 25 percent in comparable conditions. Revenues to the regional budget increased by 36 percent.<\/p>\n

The taxpayers of Lviv region transferred UAH 31.4 billion of taxes to the state budget in comparable conditions, which is UAH 8.7 billion or 39 percent more compared to the corresponding period of 2023.
