Non-formal education is an excellent platform for today’s youth to distract themselves from the realities of today and actively engage in personal growth, which requires considerable effort and constant work.<\/p>\n
Specialists of the psychological service of the Drogobytsky City Center of Social Services have been conducting training for a long time as part of the training for youth leaders under the program “Self-discovery is the way to success”.<\/p>\n
The other day, the final training took place – “Personal growth as a component of life competence”. His listeners were active members of the Children’s Parliament of the city and leaders of educational institutions of the community.<\/p>\n
During the training, they worked on establishing constructive relationships, the ability to make decisions and take responsibility, to exercise control over their own thoughts and fears, thus creating a motivational map. Considerable attention was paid to the emotional and volitional sphere. Through the exercises “Cocoon”, “Happiness Hour”, “Mental Backpack” – the participants learned to “unload” themselves, think positively, and act effectively.<\/p>\n
At the end of the training, all participants were awarded and certificates of successful completion of the training course were presented with the participation of Oksana Matchyshyn, director of the Drohobytsky City Center of Social Services.
