Prosecutors of the Galician District Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Lviv withdrew the indictment of one hundred hundred citizens of the Zhytomyr region before the trial. They are charged with the illegal transfer of persons through the state cordon of Ukraine, behind the front line group of persons, and the addition of official documents (Part 3 of Article 332, Part 3 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n
The investigation established that the accused during the war were hid in an illegal transfer of persons through the state cordon of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
For this reason, they posted a notice in one of the messengers about the possibility of preparing documents that would allow for travel outside Ukraine. For a penny in the city, the accused offered conscripts a package of fictitious documents from the established ineligibility before military service without exclusion from military service. In the distance, it was possible for them to cross the border without crossing.<\/p>\n
The price for such a service ranged from 30,000 UAH to 40,000 UAH per person, for a package of documents.<\/p>\n
After the withdrawal of their documents, the \u201cclients\u201d proceeded to transfer the costs.<\/p>\n
People were trimmed in the order of Art. 208 CCP of Ukraine, after they acquired pennies at one of the postal departments.<\/p>\n
5 episodes of the malicious activity of the participants have been documented.<\/p>\n

Note: valid up to Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is respected as innocent of the crime committed and cannot be subject to criminal punishment until his guilt is brought to the legal order and established by the accused in a local court.<\/p>\n
