“The first spring mowing of the grass, which was held annually in April, will not be held this year, in order to save money.<\/p>\n
However, there is no doubt that there are lawns, for example on Svobody Avenue, and in other areas of the city, which were artificially created and require high-quality care, in particular, periodic mowing. After all, the cessation of mowing leads to the deterioration of their quality. And later, for recovery, significant costs, in particular financial, will be required. Also, their decorativeness and aesthetic appearance will be lost,” the city hall explains.<\/p>\n
