In the first days of the full-scale invasion, he joined the National Guard of Ukraine. He was a senior machine gunner of the Chervona Kalyna brigade. During the full-scale war, he was a rifleman in the Chernivtsi unit of the National Guard of Ukraine. After the start of the full-scale invasion, he served in the military unit &#8220;3028&#8221; of the Western Operational and Territorial Unit of the NGU. He was the commander of the &#8220;Chervona Kalyna&#8221; brigade.
