The man died at the scene from his injuries.<\/p>\n
Investigators of the Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 opened criminal proceedings over the incident under Part 3 of Article 276 (Violation of the rules of safety of movement or operation of railway, water or air transport) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.<\/p>\n
A pre-trial investigation is underway, and law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident and the identity of the deceased.<\/p>\n
