{"id":175327,"date":"2024-05-24T21:15:50","date_gmt":"2024-05-24T18:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/?p=175327"},"modified":"2024-05-24T19:54:27","modified_gmt":"2024-05-24T16:54:27","slug":"lviv-ianyn-publichno-pidtrymuvav-dii-okupantiv-ta-stverdzhuvav-shcho-vony-heroi-nashoho-chasu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/en\/podii\/lviv-ianyn-publichno-pidtrymuvav-dii-okupantiv-ta-stverdzhuvav-shcho-vony-heroi-nashoho-chasu.html","title":{"rendered":"The Lviv resident publicly supported the actions of the occupiers and claimed that they were &#8220;heroes of our time&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the procedural supervision of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, a citizen of Ukraine was served a notice of suspicion on the facts of justifying, recognising as lawful, denying the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, and glorifying its participants (parts 2, 3 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/h2>\n<p>According to the investigation, a resident of Lviv region used his account on the banned social network Odnoklassniki to spread posts in which he publicly supported and justified Russia&#8217;s armed aggression, which began in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the man posted materials with texts in Russian stating that &#8220;We will stand in defence until victory! We will not surrender Russia!&#8221;, thus denying the temporary occupation of the territories of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the suspect distributed posts with the image of the President of the Russian Federation, where he supported him with words: &#8220;I am with you to the end, hold on, dear, you are strong, you will make it&#8221;.
