It all started when, more than 10 years ago, the new owners bought two plots of land in Malekhiv and built a house on them. Everything would have been fine, but during the construction, they seized a part of the village road and a few metres of the protective strip. In total, it turned out to be another full-fledged plot.<\/p>\n

This is Barvinskoho Street, which connects two other streets. At the time, no one lived in the part of the street where the seizure took place. And the owner claimed that he was allowed to do this with communal land by the deputies of the time. Over time, this neighbourhood began to be inhabited. The development continues today.
\nThe residents are outraged because they constantly experience inconveniences because of the fenced road. It has almost halved in width from 10 metres.<\/p>\n

It’s hard to drive a car through here, let alone a large vehicle like a fire truck.<\/p>\n

The Department of Administration and Community Development says that they have done everything within their competence.<\/p>\n

Employees of the office in Malekhiv repeatedly wrote demands, drew up acts and protocols. As a result, this issue was considered by the administrative commission of the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration, where it was decided to fine the owner. According to the current legislation, the amount of the fine is UAH 315. So obviously, it has been paid, but the fence still blocks part of the road.<\/p>\n

However, the officials are not giving up – they will take measures to dismantle the fence.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
