As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist was injured and hospitalised.<\/p>\n
Investigators of the Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the rules of road safety). The maximum penalty provided for by the sanction of the article is restraint of liberty for up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.<\/p>\n
