The Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual execution of the court decision by cancelling the state registration and returning the land plot with a total area of more than 26 hectares of energy land. According to the State Property Fund, the value of this land is over UAH 1.4 billion.<\/p>\n
Pursuant to a decision of the Commercial Court of Lviv Region, the land plot intended for the location of energy generating facilities was returned to municipal ownership. It is located within the Novoyavoriv territorial community of Yavoriv district.<\/p>\n
In court, prosecutors proved that the company that leased the land had not paid the rent for a year. In addition, according to the terms of the agreement, the defendant was supposed to build an energy generating facility on the land plot used. However, he did not even start the construction.<\/p>\n

Consequently, these violations gave rise to a lawsuit, which was satisfied and has now been fully implemented.<\/p>\n
