The prosecutors proved in court that the examination of the military medical commission had found the defendant medically fit for military service. However, the man refused to receive the summons, according to which he had to report to the place of service, and a relevant document was drawn up.<\/p>\n
Subsequently, the defendant failed to report to the territorial recruitment and social support centre for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine without a valid reason. Thus, the person liable for military service violated the requirements of the current legislation and evaded military conscription.<\/p>\n
