The prosecutors filed a lawsuit against the local resident to remove obstacles to the possession and disposal of this land plot.<\/p>\n
It was established that the defendant leased the pasture in 2020 in violation of the terms of the agreement. In particular, he used the disputed land plot as arable land for growing crops – corn.<\/p>\n
In these circumstances, the court upheld the principled position of the prosecutors that there were grounds to satisfy the claim in the interests of the state. The individual was ordered to return the leased land to the Zhydachiv territorial community.<\/p>\n

After the decision enters into force, measures will be taken to implement it.<\/p>\n
