The court upheld a claim filed by the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office against one of the capital’s associations. The court ruled to terminate the land lease agreement, order the company to return the land to the community and pay the debt for its use.<\/p>\n
It is a recreational land plot of about 5 hectares. Its value is over UAH 200 million. It is located within the Stryi territorial community.<\/p>\n
It was established that the business entity, in violation of the terms of the contract, systematically failed to pay the rent for the land. The latter was transferred to him for use for the reconstruction of the buildings of a former drug dispensary into a health and recreation complex and maintenance of a park of a monument of landscape art of local importance.<\/p>\n
As a result of these actions, the local budget did not receive a significant amount of money.<\/p>\n
Taking into account the violation of the law, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the court.<\/p>\n
The court agreed with the prosecutor’s arguments and satisfied the claim.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
After the court decision enters into force, the prosecutor’s office will take measures to enforce it immediately.<\/p>\n
