The land in question is worth almost UAH 2.4 million and is located on the territory of the Zolochiv territorial community. Their area is almost 0.9 hectares.<\/p>\n
It was established that the former head of the village council forged a decision of the village council session. As a result, three land plots for personal farming were illegally withdrawn from the community’s communal ownership and transferred to private ownership free of charge.<\/p>\n
In these circumstances, the court agreed with the prosecutor’s arguments to restore the community’s right to the land plots.<\/p>\n
As of today, the court’s decision has been enforced, an entry has been made in the State Register of Real Property Rights to cancel the ownership of individuals, and the land plots have been returned to communal ownership.<\/p>\n
For reference, the prosecutors submitted to the court an indictment against the village head on the facts of abuse of power and forgery (part 1 of Article 366, part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The trial is ongoing.<\/p>\n
