It was established that the municipal enterprise and the company entered into a contract for the performance of works at the capital repair facility of one of the streets of Lviv.<\/p>\n
As a result of the agreement, the business entity entered false information in the acts of acceptance of completed construction works and certificates of their cost. In particular, their actual volume and cost were partially overstated.<\/p>\n
As a result, almost UAH 240 thousand was unjustifiably transferred to the contractor.<\/p>\n
These violations gave rise to a lawsuit filed by prosecutors, which was fully satisfied by the court.<\/p>\n
The appeal of this decision is currently underway.<\/p>\n
