Recently, motorcycle patrol policemen received a report of an accident on Shevchenko Street. Upon arriving at the scene, the patrol policemen identified the participants in the accident.<\/p>\n
This was reported to Holos Sokalshchyny by the Patrol Police of Lviv Region.<\/p>\n
As the motorcycle patrol officers found out, after the accident, the culprit tried to flee the scene. While talking to the driver, the inspectors found signs of alcohol intoxication.<\/p>\n
He agreed to take a sobriety test. The Drager device showed upward arrows, which exceeded the measuring range of the breathalyzer.<\/p>\n
The motorcycle patrol drew up 3 reports against the 39-year-old driver: under Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated), Art. 124 (Violation of the traffic rules that led to an accident) and Art. 122-4 (Leaving the scene of an accident) of the CAO.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
