At this stage, the shooter with the lowest score left the competition, and then in each subsequent round, one athlete was eliminated.<\/p>\n
After four rounds, Pavlo Korostylov was in second place with 14 points, but in the fifth round he hit two out of five shots and dropped out of the competition, taking fifth place.<\/p>\n
The winner in this discipline was Li Yuhong of China.<\/p>\n

I would like to remind you that Pavlo Korostylov is a representative of the Lviv Regional School of Higher Sportsmanship and trains under the guidance of his father, Serhiy Korostylov, and Oleksandr Kaminsky. He is also an employee of the training and sports base of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine,” said Roman Khimyak, head of the Youth and Sports Department of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.<\/p>\n
We would like to add that the athlete is one of the protagonists of the movie On the Brink. This is the first Ukrainian 9-part documentary that tells 16 personal and professional stories of athletes from Lviv region who represented Ukraine at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo. Pavlo Korostylov took fourth place in the 10-meter air pistol event.<\/p>\n
