Artem was a native of Volnovakha district, Donetsk region, his house was destroyed by the enemy, and now his village is under occupation.<\/p>\n
In 2020, Artem HEGESHKO volunteered to serve in the Aidar battalion. Together with his comrades, he fought fierce battles for Rozivka, Hranitne, and Starohnativka (where he was buried on February 24, 2022).<\/p>\n
On August 13, 2022, the Aidar battalion was transferred to the Bakhmut direction, where they have been fighting to this day.<\/p>\n
On May 31, 2023, Artem married Halyna from Sokal, and together they raised their daughter Nadia-Evelina. Their family happiness did not last long, the occupiers ended the life of the young soldier.<\/p>\n
