{"id":181643,"date":"2024-08-22T10:22:03","date_gmt":"2024-08-22T07:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/?p=181643"},"modified":"2024-08-22T00:36:36","modified_gmt":"2024-08-21T21:36:36","slug":"lviv-ianyn-orhanizuvav-u-lvovi-nezakonnyy-zbut-heroinu-na-mayzhe-300-tys-hrn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/en\/podii\/lviv-ianyn-orhanizuvav-u-lvovi-nezakonnyy-zbut-heroinu-na-mayzhe-300-tys-hrn.html","title":{"rendered":"Lviv resident organised illegal sale of heroin worth almost UAH 300 thousand in Lviv"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the procedural supervision of the Lviv Region Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, a 33-year-old local resident was exposed and served a notice of suspicion of illegal acquisition, storage with intent to sell and sale of a particularly dangerous drug in large and especially large amounts, committed repeatedly (Part 2, 3 Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the investigation, during 2023-2024, the suspect organised the illegal sale of heroin in Lviv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He accepted orders for a particularly dangerous drug by phone and handed them over to &#8220;clients&#8221; directly at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In particular, four episodes of selling the &#8220;goods&#8221; totalling almost 80 grams were documented.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This &#8220;activity&#8221; brought the man about UAH 300 thousand in profit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The suspect was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine after another sale of a batch of drugs, for which he received USD 4,550.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the searches at the places of registration and actual residence of the man, the SBU found and seized bundles of prohibited substances, packaging equipment, cash and other material evidence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The issue of choosing a type of detention is being decided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The investigation is ongoing.
