<\/p>\n
Following a public prosecution by the Sambir District Prosecutor’s Office, a 42-year-old local resident was found guilty of illegal acquisition, storage with intent to sell and sale of narcotic drugs and especially dangerous psychotropic substances, as well as providing premises for the illegal use of especially dangerous psychotropic substances (Art. 307(1), (2), (1), (2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n
He was sentenced to 6 years in prison with confiscation of property.<\/p>\n
The prosecutor proved in court that in the city of Sambir, during 2021-2023, the accused sold drug-containing tablets Subitex and the particularly dangerous psychotropic PVP. In particular, 21 such facts were documented.<\/p>\n
For this purpose, the man had previously illegally purchased prohibited substances. The “goods” ordered by phone were handed over to the “clients” at a meeting, for which he received money.<\/p>\n
In addition, the defendant repeatedly provided his home to other drug addicts for drug use.<\/p>\n
The defendant will be detained until the verdict enters into force.<\/p>\n
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by investigators of the Sambir District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Lviv region.<\/p>\n
