In May of this year, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of the 33rd separate mechanised brigade. He performed combat missions in the Donetsk region. On 1 September 2024, he was seriously injured. On 13 September, he died in hospital as a result of his injuries.<\/p>\n<h3>Ivan Kucherak<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_184740\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-184740\" style=\"width: 716px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-184740\" src=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Ivan-Kucherak.jpg\" alt=\"\u0406\u0432\u0430\u043d \u041a\u0443\u0447\u0435\u0440\u0430\u043a\" width=\"716\" height=\"957\" srcset=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Ivan-Kucherak.jpg 716w, https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Ivan-Kucherak-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 716px) 100vw, 716px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-184740\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ivan Kucherak<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Originally from the village of Zarichne, Stryi community.<\/p>\n<p>He was a sapper of an engineering platoon. He died on 19 September 2024 during an engineering reconnaissance in the Kursk region. The warrior was 30 years old.<\/p>\n<h3>Dmytro Hrytsai<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_184739\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-184739\" style=\"width: 724px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-184739\" src=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Dmytro-Hrytsay1.jpg\" alt=\"\u0414\u043c\u0438\u0442\u0440\u043e \u0413\u0440\u0438\u0446\u0430\u0439\" width=\"724\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Dmytro-Hrytsay1.jpg 724w, https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Dmytro-Hrytsay1-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-184739\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dmytro Hrytsai<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A resident of Lviv.<\/p>\n<p>With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he joined the 21st Separate Mechanised Brigade to defend his homeland. He fought against the occupiers in Donetsk, Kharkiv and Mykolaiv regions. First, he joined the Hospitallers medical battalion, and in 2023 he signed a contract with the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Galician Army. In 2019, he signed a contract with the 24th Separate Mechanised Brigade named after King Danylo and was in the Joint Forces Operation area.<br \/>\nWith the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he joined the 503rd Separate Marine Battalion of the Ukrainian Navy to defend Ukraine from the invaders.
