During his service, he was promoted to the rank of senior lieutenant. He performed combat missions in the ranks of the 28th separate mechanised brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign. He fought against the occupier in Donetsk region. He was an inspector of the Border Guard Service, served in the military unit 9937.
