It is a park of the XVIII century with a total area of 11 hectares, located on the territory of the Shehyne territorial community.<\/p>\n
It was established that the decision of the Lviv Regional Council created the above-mentioned park-monument of landscape art of local importance.<\/p>\n
Thus, the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources returned the land management project on the organisation and establishment of the park’s boundaries, which was received from the village council, for revision. However, as of May 2024, the local government had not eliminated the shortcomings. In particular, the said land management project has not been developed and approved.<\/p>\n
The absence of established boundaries of the park and their fixation in kind (on the ground) creates a threat of using land on the territory of the nature reserve fund for other purposes.<\/p>\n
The above-mentioned violations gave rise to a lawsuit filed by prosecutors, which was fully satisfied by the Lviv District Administrative Court.<\/p>\n
To date, the court’s decision has been enforced – a land management project has been approved to allocate land plots for the preservation and use of the park, a monument of landscape gardening. Also, information was entered into the State Register of Real Property Rights to Real Estate regarding the registration of communal ownership of the land plots on which the object is located.<\/p>\n
