The land in question is a recreational plot of about 5 hectares. Its value is over UAH 200 million. It is located within the Stryi territorial community.<\/p>\n
It was established that the capital company, in violation of the terms of the contract, systematically failed to pay the rent for the land. The latter was transferred to the business entity for use for the reconstruction of the buildings of a former drug dispensary into a health and recreation complex and maintenance of a park of local landscape art.<\/p>\n
As a result of these actions, the local budget did not receive a significant amount of money.<\/p>\n
Given the violation of the law, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the court, which was fully satisfied.<\/p>\n
To date, the court decision has been enforced – the land lease agreement has been terminated and the land plot returned to communal ownership, which was registered in the State Register of Real Property Rights.<\/p>\n
