The Halychyna District Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv, on behalf of the city, has filed a lawsuit to demolish an unauthorised non-residential building at 9 Parkova Street, which is a local architectural monument.<\/p>\n
Instead of strengthening the retaining wall as a measure to prevent the development of emergency and landslide events, the owner of the monument began construction of a three-storey self-induced construction.<\/p>\n
The construction was to be built close to a villa with an attic adjacent to the main entrance to Stryiskyi Park. The ownership of the unauthorised construction was registered, although the construction is not yet complete.<\/p>\n
Back in 2021, the city council discovered that instead of a retaining wall, the foundation had been poured near the villa. At the same time, neither the city council nor the SACC had issued permits for this construction. After visiting the site and inspecting the construction site, the city council’s lawyers gathered evidence and appealed to the Ministry of Justice to cancel the registration of ownership of the three-storey self-induced construction.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
