She is accused of high treason, actions aimed at inciting national enmity and hatred, as well as the dissemination and public use of symbols of the communist totalitarian regime (part 1 of Article 111, part 1 of Article 161, part 1, 2 of Article 436-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The investigation established that the lawyer had been disseminating anti-Ukrainian propaganda information on the Internet for several years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this purpose, the woman, having formed the image of a lawyer and an expert in &#8220;political affairs&#8221;, participated in programmes on Russian and pro-Russian media. In her numerous interviews, she disseminated manipulative materials with an exclusively negative view of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In particular, in the stories, the defendant claimed that Ukraine was under foreign control and that the Maidan was aimed at breaking up the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She also claimed that there was an ongoing civil conflict in Ukraine and categorically denied Russia&#8217;s involvement in it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The woman also pointed to the presence of neo-Nazis and fascists in power in Ukraine and the existence of Nazi paramilitary groups.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In her interviews, she repeatedly showed contempt for the state, its nation and language, paying particular attention to the fact that the Ukrainian language was artificially invented and that most Ukrainians do not understand the Galician accent at all.
