As law enforcement officers have preliminarily established, a Mitsubishi Lancer driven by a 23-year-old Lviv resident collided with a Mercedes-Benz driven by a 44-year-old Lviv resident.<\/p>\n
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Mercedes-Benz and his passengers, Lviv residents aged 10, 15 and 41, were injured and taken to a medical facility.<\/p>\n
Investigators of the Zolochiv District Police Department opened criminal proceedings over the incident under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of the rules of road safety) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is restraint of liberty for up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.<\/p>\n
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.<\/p>\n
