As law enforcement officers have preliminarily established, an Audi A6 driven by a 19-year-old resident of a village in Stryi district collided with a Yamaha motorcycle driven by a 15-year-old resident of Stryi.<\/p>\n
As a result of the accident, the minor motorcyclist was injured and hospitalised.<\/p>\n
Investigators of the Stryi District Police Department opened criminal proceedings over the incident under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of the rules of road safety) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided for by the sanction of the article is restraint of liberty for up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.<\/p>\n
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.<\/p>\n
