He was also deprived of the right to hold positions in law enforcement agencies related to the performance of organisational and administrative functions for a period of 3 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The prosecutor proved in court that the man, while holding the position of deputy head of one of the district departments of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Lviv region, received an undue benefit from the company&#8217;s director.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In return for USD 300, the official promised to &#8220;resolve the issue&#8221; of not including certain violations of fire safety legislation in the company&#8217;s inspection report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The official was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine when he received the agreed amount of the bribe.<\/p>\n<p>The court verdict will come into force after the expiration of the appeal
