The Commercial Court of Lviv Region upheld the claim filed by the head of the Sambir District Prosecutor’s Office to return the land plot to state ownership.<\/p>\n
It is a land plot with a total area of 2 hectares. It is located within the Royal Beskydy National Nature Park and was in the permanent use of a forestry enterprise.<\/p>\n
The prosecutors proved in court that the disputed land plot had been illegally transferred from state to municipal ownership by order of the Main Department of the StateGeoCadastre. Its designated purpose was also unlawfully changed to agricultural land.<\/p>\n
In response to the violations, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the court, which was fully satisfied.<\/p>\n
After the decision enters into force, measures will be taken to ensure its actual implementation.<\/p>\n
