A residential building with a pre-school and underground parking is planned to be built in Sykhiv, at 34-b Zubrivska Street.<\/h2>\n

This was announced by the chief architect of Lviv Anton Kolomeytsev during a meeting of the city’s executive committee today, 25 November.<\/p>\n

ARRBUD plans to build an apartment building in Sykhiv. According to the chief architect of Lviv, it is proposed to build sections of a residential and public complex on Zubrivska Street, actually on the land plot for which a detailed territory plan was developed.<\/p>\n

“It is proposed to build a residential building for 43 apartments, with a total of 2600 square metres of floor space, as well as a kindergarten for 42 children. The underground car park will have 35 parking spaces. At the same time, the coefficient of 0.8 approved by the city is maintained,” said Anton Kolomeitsev.<\/p>\n

The developer also provided a letter of guarantee stating that it undertakes to pay a contribution to infrastructure development in the amount previously stipulated.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
