Even in wartime, innovation and investment are vital tools for economic recovery, and our city is ready to grow alongside businesses,\u201d said Andriy Pavliv, Head of the Investment Department of Lviv City Council.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Purpose of the Guide<\/h3>\n<p>The updated guide is aimed at providing valuable insights to investors looking to start or expand their businesses in Lviv. It addresses modern challenges faced by entrepreneurs and offers strategies to leverage the city&#8217;s potential even under difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n<h3>Guide Development<\/h3>\n<p>The guide was developed by the Investment and Project Department of Lviv City Council in collaboration with <strong>Soul Partners<\/strong> and supported by the USAID &#8220;Competitive Economy Program of Ukraine.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThis document is intended to help Lviv attract more investments in 2025.
