A fatal traffic accident occurred on January 8 at 11:03 PM on the Lviv-Ternopil highway in the village of Tarasivka, Lviv District.<\/p>\n
Preliminary findings indicate that a Skoda Octavia<\/strong>, driven by a 72-year-old resident of Khmelnytskyi region, struck a pedestrian estimated to be 35\u201340 years old. Shortly after, a Volkswagen Transporter<\/strong>, operated by a 63-year-old resident of Kirovohrad region, hit the man again. The pedestrian died at the scene from his injuries. His identity remains unknown.<\/p>\n A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety rules).
