He significantly inflated the costs of materials and labor, misappropriating over 700,000 UAH.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The director has been charged with:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Part 4, Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> \u2013 Misappropriation or embezzlement of property through abuse of official position (punishable by up to 8 years of imprisonment and disqualification from certain positions or activities for up to 3 years).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Part 1, Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> \u2013 Forgery by an official (punishable by up to 3 years of restraint of liberty).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, the <strong>technical supervision engineer<\/strong> of the construction company has been charged under Part 2, Article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Official Negligence).
