In 2014, he defended Ukraine during the ATO. In the first days of the enemy&#8217;s full-scale invasion, he returned to Ukraine from abroad and stood up to defend his homeland. Since 11 August 2022, Mykhailo has been defending Ukraine in the military unit A2847. In October 2024, he was transferred to the military unit A7013 to the position of senior rifleman-operator of a platoon of a mechanised battalion, where he was promoted to the rank of senior soldier. The defender died on 13 January while performing combat missions on the outskirts of Novodanylivka, Zaporizhzhia region.<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f56f;&#xfe0f; Myron Kovalskyi<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_193132\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-193132\" style=\"width: 914px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-193132\" src=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Myron-Kovalskyy.jpg\" alt=\"&#x1f56f;&#xfe0f; \u200e\u041c\u0438\u0440\u043e\u043d \u041a\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043b\u044c\u0441\u044c\u043a\u0438\u0439\" width=\"914\" height=\"1280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Myron-Kovalskyy.jpg 914w, https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Myron-Kovalskyy-214x300.jpg 214w, https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Myron-Kovalskyy-731x1024.jpg 731w, https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Myron-Kovalskyy-768x1076.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 914px) 100vw, 914px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-193132\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">&#x1f56f;&#xfe0f; Myron Kovalskyi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A resident of the village of Karachyniv, Ivano-Frankivsk community. He was a soldier of the 68th Ranger Brigade. The soldier died on 3 May, 2024 near the village Semenivka, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region. He had been missing since 9 May 2024. On 18 January, after an examination, his death was confirmed.<\/p>\n<h3>Andrii Laptuta<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_193131\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-193131\" style=\"width: 722px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-193131\" src=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Andriy-Laptuta1.jpg\" alt=\"&#x1f56f; \u0410\u043d\u0434\u0440\u0456\u0439 \u041b\u0430\u043f\u0442\u0443\u0442\u0430\" width=\"722\" height=\"960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Andriy-Laptuta1.jpg 722w, https:\/\/golossokal.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Andriy-Laptuta1-226x300.jpg 226w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 722px) 100vw, 722px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-193131\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Andrii Laptuta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A resident of Sheptytske.<\/p>\n<p>He served as an assistant grenade launcher in the 33rd separate rifle battalion, and in February 2023 was discharged from the army for family reasons. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he defended his homeland from the invaders. He performed combat missions in the ranks of the 27th separate rifle battalion. He served in the Rivne, Cherkasy and Kharkiv regions.
